Dr. Joe C. Hubbard graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Oklahoma City, OK, with a M.D. in June 1984. His residency was at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, TX from July 1984 to July 1987.

Dr. Hubbard is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Hubbard previously practiced at Abilene Internal Medicine, P.A. and the Hendrick Health System in Abilene, TX from June 1989 to February 2008.
