The Surgeon General recommends that every adult accumulate at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity most days of the week.

Body Mass Analysis: $5.00
Personal Trainer: $25.00 per hour

Body Sculpting Classes: $20.00 per month

 
An orientation appointment will be scheduled for the first workout session.
Applications are available at the Center.
Must be at least 14 years of age to use the fitness center.
